LSO concertmaster Anton Miller takes the stage for a performance of two dazzling virtuosic pieces – Chausson’s impassioned Poème, Opus 25 and Saint-Saëns’ equally fiery Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso. To pair with this passion comes Tchaikovsky’s Fifth Symphony, with lush harmonies and high emotional drama.
