Matthew Knapp is the Marketing Coordinator of Lincoln’s Symphony Orchestra. He joined the LSO staff in 2018 and is responsible for planning and overseeing the orchestra’s public relations and advertising campaigns. In addition to Matthew’s campaign planning, he also coordinates media appearances for Maestro Polochick and guest artists, oversees the production of marketing collateral for LSO, and manages strategy, content, and scheduling for the symphony’s website and social media channels.

Matthew is a native of Nebraska and graduated with a Bachelor of Journalism in Advertising and Public Relations from the College of Journalism and Mass Communications at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He holds a Professional Certified Marketer (PCM®) certification in digital media from the American Marketing Association, as well as various marketing certifications from HubSpot and Hootsuite. In addition to his contributions to LSO, Matthew also works at Ameritas as an interactive graphic designer, assisting with creative strategy and brand evolution initiatives. Matthew also assists members of the greater Nebraska community as a freelance brand strategy consultant.
